the land registry or its planning permission level. Should
everything be in order, during the subsequent contract phase
we assist you to obtain a mortgage, prepare the title deeds
and manage them until registration. And finally, we can of
course take over all the necessary parallel proceedings, such
as obtaining your resident cards and NIE (your compulsory
fiscal identification number) or opening a Spanish bank account,
amongst others.
At your request, and with your approval and power of attorney,
we can take charge of all of the above with the minimum hassle
or travel needed on your part. In fact, we could arrange for
