Our UK and Spanish associates are geographically
located to provide in-depth knowledge of the areas we cover,
their aim is to show you exactly the property you are looking
for, in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. Absolutely no pressure
is tolerated by our principle directors, ensuring you will
be in charge during your time with us.
You will not have paid for a subsidised
inspection flight, so you do not have to feel obliged to buy
a property from us – however, if you do find a property
you like and buy it through us, then we shall be pleased to
refund your flight costs to the value of £130 per person
(maximum 2 persons). We will be delighted to reserve your
flight on your behalf and make arrangements for your accommodation
and transfers while you are in Spain, again these costs will
be refunded should you wish to buy through us.

How do I get started?
It’s quite straight forward. You will
have received your brochure with the local representatives
contact details attached, just telephone them and ask for
a viewing trip to be organised. They will find a competitive
flight for your preferred dates then call you back with the
details and reservation number, all you have to do is confirm
the flight with the tour operators and make the payments to
them directly, this ensures all your travel insurances and
flight tickets are in your name.
Our local representative will offer you
the accommodation choices within the area and confirm them
to you at the same time. You can choose whether to be collected
from the Airport or have a hire car waiting – it’s
entirely your choice.
A few days before your trip we will
call you and confirm everything is in place, so you do not
